Registration Guidelines:

  • All delegate below 40 are requested to provide birth certificate.
  • HOD certificate required for PG Student.
  • Choose any 2 workshops (1 Pre-lunch & 1 Post lunch).
  • Conference registration includes Kit, 2 lunches (28th Feb & 1st March), Welcome Dinner (27th Feb) & Gala Dinner (28th Feb), and Access to Exhibition Area.
  • Those who register for workshop are eligible for 27th Feb Lunch also.
  • Conference registration is mandatory to choose workshops.

Registration Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation of your conference registration can be done by writing an email to the conference secretariat at ezyfgayaji2026@gmail.com‬‬ clearly stating your registration number in the subject line. The email will have to be sent from the email address you used while registering.
  • Cancellations up to 31st December 2025: 50% of Base registration fee will be refunded.
  • Cancellations done up to 31st January 2026: 25% of Base registration fee will be refunded.
    Cancellations done after 31st January 2026: No refund.
  • All refunds will be processed after 45 days from the completion of the conference.
  • Time stamp of email will be considered as official date of cancellation request.
