Abstract Submission Guidelines
- Each author can send only one presentation. It maybe offline/online, maybe paper/poster/video.
- Do not send paper/ poster already presented/ published in a conference.
- Abstracts should be submitted online at respective e-mail provided.
- Avoid the use of tables, graphs, images or references in the abstract.
- Abstracts cannot be modified after final submission.
- Poster will be an e-Poster, to be made on one slide ppt.
- Abstracts without results will not be accepted.
The presenting author (listed as First author) must be registered for the conference. The presenting author should ensure all co-authors are aware of the contents and agree with the submission of the abstract for the conference. Those who have opted for online presentation for paper/poster/will not be allowed to present physically in the conference. Those who have opted for physical presentation but due to some reason if are unable to present physically will be allowed to present online but no refund will be made.
All abstract in 250 words for Research Work should be structured as:
- Introduction Aims & Objectives
- Material & Methods
- Results
- Conclusions
Abstract for Case Report/Poster/Video in 250 words should be structured as:
- Introduction
- Summary
- Importance (Case report to be sent ONLY for poster presentation. It will NOT be accepted for paper presentation.)
